2. Scope of Services
We provide licensed and insured plumbing services throughout Moreno Valley, CA and surrounding ZIP codes (92551–92556). Our fleet of five fully equipped service vans and a team of 120 skilled professionals deliver services 24/7, including emergency response within 60 minutes where feasible. Services exclude non-plumbing trades (electrical, HVAC outside CAPHC scope) unless explicitly specified.
3. Appointment Booking and Estimates
3.1 Booking

- Appointments confirmed upon receipt of deposit or electronic confirmation.
3.2 Estimates and Quotes
- We provide free preliminary estimates; detailed quotes may incur a diagnostic fee, credited toward final invoice if accepted.
- Quotes valid for 30 days and subject to change if scope or materials vary.
3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
- Emergency service cancellations within two hours of dispatch incur a 50% dispatch charge.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Methods
Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and approved financing plans.
4.2 Deposit and Final Payment
- A deposit of 25% is required for installations and major repairs.
- Final payment due upon completion of work unless financing terms apply.
4.3 Late Payments
- Payments past due 15 days incur a 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR).
- Unpaid balances over 60 days may result in service suspension and referral to collections.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
5.1 Workmanship Warranty
- We guarantee workmanship for 12 months from the completion date against defects.
5.2 Parts and Materials Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties apply. We coordinate warranty claims on your behalf.

5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days; we will make reasonable efforts to remedy the issue at no additional charge.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details, including known plumbing issues and permit requirements.
- Ensure safe site access and clear work area.
- Obtain any required homeowner association approvals or third-party permits.
- Supervise pets and secure valuables away from work zones.

7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to a claim.

- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, acts of government) excuse performance without liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content including text, logos, graphics, and images is owned by Pure Valley Plumbing or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
